Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. As an on-site leader, you will supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with policy, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

You will manage leasing, maintenance, budgets, deposits, and revenue improvement, develop marketing plans, train and coach staff, and respond to resident concerns to sustain high occupancy and strong

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations under the Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, and vendor invoices for timely processing.
• Handle resident complaints and implement resident retention programs.
