Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk management.

As on-site leader, you will ensure compliance with company policies, safety and fair housing guidelines while delivering excellent resident service and managing budgets and marketing plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
• Manage staff, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor expenditures.
• Lead marketing plans and resident retention initiatives.
• Ensure accurate and timely leasing reporting and records.
• Respond to resident concerns and emergencies in accordance with policy.
