Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financial and risk management to ensure compliance with Asset’s policies and fair housing guidelines.

As an on-site leader, you will manage staff performance, budgeting, vendor coordination, leasing strategies, and resident relations while maintaining timely reporting and a strong focus on resident

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.

Responsibilities
