Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration, and risk management to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

As the on-site leader, you will supervise staff, implement marketing plans, monitor budgets, and drive resident satisfaction while upholding fair housing and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years of housing-industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software must be demonstrated.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and staff under Regional Manager supervision.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Plan and monitor budgets, leasing plans, and marketing for the community.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead emergency response for the property and manage maintenance coordination.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction through proactive communication.
