Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, financials, and risk management, ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

As the on-site leader, you will supervise performance, develop budgets and marketing plans, and maintain resident satisfaction through effective leasing, reporting, and communications.

Qualifications

• On-site software skills required.
• Basic computer skills sufficient for standard property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop annual operating budgets/forecasts and marketing plans.
• Manage resident relations, leasing activity, and service requests.
• Lead emergency response for the property and coordinate with team.
