Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the complete operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk management while ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing standards.

Responsibilities include directing staff, preparing budgets, marketing plans, leasing negotiations, and maintaining resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years housing industry experience; or equivalent combination.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of on-site software functions and OSHA/fair housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise property staff and leasing processes.
• Develop annual operating budgets and marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and safety guidelines.
• Manage resident relations and retention programs.
• Coordinate maintenance, emergencies, and vendor invoices.

Education
