Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Property Manager in Santa Ana, CA to oversee day-to-day property operations, lead onsite staff, and drive occupancy and revenue performance. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and leasing skills within a multi-family setting.

You will manage budgets, enforce leases, supervise maintenance teams, and coordinate with owners to ensure compliance and high resident satisfaction. A housing discount is part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned property and lead the onsite team.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and review monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications between vendors and owners.
• Monitor budget, expenditures, and petty cash; ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, and notices.
• Analyze market trends and develop short- and long-term leasing strategies.
