Greystar is seeking a Property Manager in Newport Beach to oversee day-to-day operations of a leased-up community. You will manage the team, drive budgeted financial goals, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.

The role requires 3–5 years of community management experience, including lease-up and affordable housing exposure. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with strong leadership and communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into the development of budgets by analyzing financial statements and operational reports.
• Meets targeted revenues by setting rents and collecting fees, and preparing monthly financial status reports.
• Approves invoices from vendors and ensures compliance with insurance and coding requirements.
• Oversees lease enforcement, conducts inspections, and manages renewal leases and notices.
• Gathers market trends and implements marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promotes resident satisfaction and retention by timely responses to service requests and issues.
• Conducts regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appeal.
• Supervises staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Assists in managing owner relationships through tours and updates.
