Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management experience across leasing, marketing, and operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, manage team and resources.
• Meet budgeted financial and operational goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Approve invoices, manage vendor communications and accounting tasks.
• Enforce leases, conduct inspections, and drive occupancy and revenue metrics.
• Lead leasing, marketing strategy, resident satisfaction, and staff training.
