You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, manage leasing and rent collection, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies. The role involves budgeting input, marketing strategies, and maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as a leader.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned property and supervise staff.
• Assist in developing and managing budgets and reviewing financial reports.
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, and renewal processes.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other regulations.
• Coordinate marketing, occupancy goals, and resident satisfaction initiatives.
• Perform regular property inspections and oversee maintenance teams.
