Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Santa Clarita, CA is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to run day-to-day operations of a 334-unit property and multiple sites. You will lead staff, manage budgets, lease enforcement, and ensure compliance with company policies and housing laws.

Responsibilities include setting rent, reviewing financials, supervising maintenance staff, and driving occupancy and revenue growth while delivering excellent resident service and meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Inputs and analyzes budget information and operational reports to forecast performance.
• Sets rent rates and ensures timely collection and posting of rents/fees.
• Approve invoices and manage communications between vendors, accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures within approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversees lease enforcement, inspections, notices, renewals and evictions as needed.
• Gathers market data and develops marketing/leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by timely response to issues and coordinating maintenance.
