Greystar is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a lease-up property in California. Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, and rent enforcement, while maintaining compliance with housing laws and company standards. This role emphasizes strong vendor coordination and performance reporting.

You will lead a team, manage financials, oversee marketing and occupancy strategies, and ensure superior resident satisfaction with timely response to issues.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management experience.
• Experience with lease-ups and budgeting for multi-family properties.
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate with vendors and owners.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned property.
• Lead and train property staff and supervise maintenance teams.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and review marketing performance.
• Oversee lease processes, rents, deposits, and renewal leases.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA and company policies.
• Communicate with owners and provide property performance updates.
