Job summary

Greystar in Los Angeles is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of a multi-family property. You will lead a site team, manage budgeting, leasing, and resident relations to hit occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and strong communication and leadership skills. Onsite housing discount and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience that demonstrates the application of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a collaborative member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned property and staff to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Ensure maintenance and safety standards meet company policies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and requests in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with owners and provide updates on performance and respond to owner requests.
