Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple apartment communities, lead onsite teams, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will drive leasing and revenue strategies, supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, and report performance to owners while delivering superior resident service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Management/Real Estate preferred.
• 4–6 years minimum property management and related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and input property budgets and analyze financial statements.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, posting fees, and reviewing financials.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications with contractors and owners.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and oversee petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and notices, including renewals and evictions.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies to reach occupancy/revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and coordinating maintenance.
• Inspect properties to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal; supervise staff and performance.
• Assist in owner communications, property tours, and performance updates; complete reports.
• California-specific Lease File Checklist compliance is noted if applicable.
