Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multi-family property. You will lead a team, manage budgets, revenues, and compliance with applicable laws while maintaining high service levels for residents.

Responsibilities include budgeting input, rent setting, invoicing approvals, vendor management, maintenance supervision, and staff development with a focus on occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management and operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute input to property budget development using financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates to meet target revenues and ensure timely collection.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor/contractor communications and payments.
