Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a multi-family community. You will lead the on-site team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.

The role emphasizes maintaining resident satisfaction, coordinating maintenance, and driving occupancy and revenue performance while coordinating with owners and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned property and lead the on-site team.
• Assist in budget development and analyze financial statements and marketing data.
• Oversee rent collection, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Enforce lease terms, manage applications, renewals, and inspections.
• Ensure maintenance standards and safety across the property.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of property staff.
• Maintain client/owner communications and reporting.
