Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a multifamily community, lead on-site teams, and drive occupancy and financial performance. Responsibilities include budgeting, lease enforcement, vendor management, and resident relations, with focus on regulatory compliance and service quality.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor coordination, and the ability to analyze financial statements while maintaining high standards of safety and property appearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property to meet budgeted financial and occupancy goals.
• Supervise and develop property staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA and other laws governing multi-family housing.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through timely responses to inquiries and service requests.
• Coordinate leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports and manage vendor invoicing and payments.
