Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family community. You will manage staff, workflows, and resources to meet budgeted financial and operational goals while ensuring compliance with housing laws and company policies.

Responsibilities include budgeting, revenue optimization through rent actions, vendor management, lease enforcement, and resident relations. The role emphasizes inspections, safety, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently or as a leader.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financials and reports.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rent rates and ensuring timely collection and deposits.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communication and payments.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, and notices.
