Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family community, lead a team, and ensure financial and regulatory compliance. You will develop budgets, review performance, enforce lease terms, and drive occupancy through market analyses and strategic leasing actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop budgets for the property and analyze financial statements.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents and collecting payments on time.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and renewal processes.
