Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to run day-to-day operations for an assigned apartment community. You will lead a team, manage budgets, set rents, process invoices, and ensure compliance with policies and laws while delivering strong resident satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating marketing, leasing, maintenance, and owner communications, with the goal of achieving occupancy and revenue targets. A relevant degree and 4–6 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage property budgets and financial statements.
• Set rent rates, collect fees, and post income timely.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, and renewals.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address service requests promptly.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure safety and standards.
• Meet with owners, provide performance updates, and respond to requests.
