Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for an assigned apartment community. You will lead the on-site team, manage budgets, drive occupancy and revenue, and ensure compliance with policies and applicable laws.

You will review financials, set rents, approve vendors, supervise maintenance staff, conduct inspections, and partner with owners to report performance and sustain resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, leasing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and on-site team performance.
• Set rent levels, collect payments, and monitor financial performance.
• Review invoices and manage vendor relationships and approvals.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and curb appeal.
