Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple apartment communities, lead onsite teams, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and drive occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection, vendor management, staff supervision, resident relations, and coordinating maintenance. A bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of related experience are required, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently or as a leader and team member.

Responsabilités

• Develop and input property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting payments, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and payments.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and oversee petty cash.
• Oversee leasing processes, inspections, notices, renewals, and evictions as needed.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies to reach occupancy goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints promptly and coordinating maintenance.
