Greystar is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of an apartment community. You will lead a team, manage budgets, determine rent strategies, and ensure compliance with housing regulations while driving occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and marketing information.
• Meet targeted revenues by setting rent rates and posting collections; prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, and renewals.
• Analyze market trends to implement marketing and leasing strategies for occupancy goals.
• Ensure resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Supervise on-site staff, hire and train employees, and manage performance.
• Assist in managing client/owner relationships and provide property updates.
