Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager, Preconstruction, to lead Testing & Commissioning (T&Cx) activities for PV, BESS, and HV from Business Development through LNTP, including commissioning proposal development, preconstruction planning, and unified baseline schedules.

The role requires strong technical and contract expertise and collaboration with Preconstruction, Engineering, SCADA, Performance, Field Operations, and customers to ensure commitments are executable and compliant

Qualifications

• Experience leading commissioning planning from BD through LNTP.
• Ability to translate contract requirements into plans and schedules.
• Familiar with PV, BESS, HV, and SCADA commissioning interfaces.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and risks.
• Experience with EPC preconstruction and commissioning contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own the commissioning workstream during BD and contract execution.
• Coordinate inputs from technical, commercial, estimating and planning teams.
• Review EPC contracts, exhibits, and owner requirements for clarity.
• Lead development of commissioning plans, templates, and schedules.
• Maintain commissioning requirements registers and milestones.
• Present commissioning requirements to clients and resolve deviations.
• Lead handoff to CPM & Portfolio Delivery with open items tracked.
