Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager, Preconstruction to lead T&C activities for PV, BESS, and HV from BD through LNTP. This role collaborates with Preconstruction, Engineering, and field teams to couple technical and commercial inputs into unified commissioning plans and schedules.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in utility-scale commissioning, contract review, and risk management, with strong client communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in commissioning utility-scale projects with scope development.
• Experience reviewing EPC contracts, commissioning exhibits, specifications and acceptance requirements.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the commissioning workstream from BD through LNTP, coordinating technical, commercial, estimating and planning inputs.
• Integrate commissioning scope, estimates, and schedules into overall project development and planning.
• Lead development and presentation of SOLV’s commissioning requirements to clients and ensure compliance with contract standards.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
