Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager, Preconstruction, to lead Testing & Commissioning for PV, BESS, HV from BD through LNTP.

You will own estimates, schedules, and contract exhibits, coordinating with Preconstruction, Engineering, and Operations to deliver a unified commissioning package. The role allows full remote or hybrid work with in-office presence in San Diego, CA; location details will be discussed in interviews.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commissioning utility-scale electrical or renewable projects.
• Experience reviewing EPC contracts, commissioning exhibits, specs, and acceptance requirements.
• Proven ability to develop commissioning estimates, schedules, and plans with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the commissioning workstream during BD and through contract execution.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, estimating, and planning inputs with stakeholders.
• Represent Testing & Commissioning in EPC contract reviews and exhibits.
• Lead development and presentation of SOLV’s commissioning requirements to clients.
• Maintain a commissioning requirements register with due dates and evidence.
