SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager, Preconstruction, to lead Testing & Commissioning strategies for PV, BESS, HV, and related systems from BD through LNTP.

This role requires coordinating with Preconstruction, Engineering, and Contracts teams to deliver robust, compliant commissioning packages. Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in commissioning utility-scale projects.
• Experience reviewing EPC contracts, commissioning exhibits, and owner requirements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own the commissioning workstream from BD through contract execution and LNTP.
• Coordinate input from Preconstruction, SCADA, Performance, PV, HV, and BESS SMEs to align scope, estimates, and schedules.
• Lead EPC contract and exhibit reviews focusing on commissioning and acceptance criteria.
• Develop commissioning plans, templates, and milestone logic; ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
• Communicate scope, risks, and commitments to clients; maintain professional client relations.
• Handoff commissioning packages to CPM & Portfolio Delivery with all requirements and schedules.
