Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Sr. Commercialization Manager (Brewers) to drive a unified appliance and accessory strategy across Walmart, Amazon and other channels.

You will lead GTM for annual brewer innovations, align retailer input with HQ strategy, and set KPIs in partnership with product and supply chain. The role reports to the Director of Brewer Commercialization and requires strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and a track record in consumer goods marketing or sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA with 7–10+ years in sales, sales strategy, brand marketing or related field
• Ability to drive buy-in across multiple levels and functions
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for stakeholder trust
• Tolerance for ambiguity and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Drive a coherent appliance and accessory strategy across channels to optimize supply chain efficiencies
• Define and implement multiple programs enabling go-to-market in an efficient, timely manner
• Lead Go-To-Market strategy and commercial readiness for annual brewer innovation launches
• Incorporate retailer voice into HQ appliance strategy
• Set commercial KPIs and collaborate with product and supply chain on stage gate processes
