Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Sr. Commercialization Manager (Walmart/Target) to drive cohesive go-to-market for our coffee brands.

You will lead channel strategies for Walmart and Target and partner with sales, brand marketing, RGM, and supply chain to optimize launches and activations. You will report to the Director of Coffee Commercialization and ensure the retailer voice shapes HQ strategy, manage annual coffee innovations, and guide end-to-end commercialization from planning through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 10 years of experience or MBA + 7 years in sales, sales strategy, brand marketing or related field.
• Ability to drive buy-in across multiple levels and functions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into clear, compelling PowerPoint storytelling for senior stakeholders.
• Experience on a Fortune 500 customer team or in CPG/beverage industries preferred.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive a coherent, channel-spanning hot beverage strategy to deliver supply chain efficiencies.
• Define and implement processes for go-to-market across Keurig coffee brands.
• Lead Walmart and Target channels and oversee Department/Specialty and Discount via direct report.
• Lead Go-To-Market strategy and readiness for annual coffee innovation launches.
• Ensure retailer voice informs HQ coffee system strategy.
• Lead stage gate and end-of-life processes for channels and new products.
• Support design of the hot beverage channel strategy within annual planning.
• Collaborate with shopper insights, category management, RGM, brand marketing and sales.
• Support weekly system communications to the sales teams about activations and plan.
