Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Manager of Category Commercialization to lead the commercialization of select beverage brands across the liquid refreshment categories. You will drive strategic category plans in collaboration with Brand, NRS, and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure retail readiness across channels.

The role requires 5+ years in CPG or beverage commercialization, a Bachelor's degree, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Commercial leadership.
• Experience in consumer goods or retail products strongly preferred; beverage knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Sr Director Category Commercialization with daily workload and projects.
• Collaborate across activation, brand, supply chain, shopper insights, marketing, RGM, and category management.
• Represent the full category commercial perspective in cross-enterprise discussions.
• Build insights-based category selling stories and operating plans for annual commercial plans.
• Shepherd commercialization for new product innovations and retail account launches.
• Provide commercial guidance for annual brand processes and launches.
• Track in-year performance and adjust programming to meet AOP goals.
• Support company-wide and sales meetings (NRS QBRs, National Sales Meeting, AOP meetings).
