Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Sr. Commercialization Manager (Walmart/Target) to lead go-to-market for our coffee brands and own the channel strategy for two major retailers. You will work with sales, marketing, RGM and supply chain to ensure aligned, timely activations.

The role reports to the Director of Coffee Commercialization and aligns with the Coffee Operating Unit, delivering supply chain efficiencies and a cohesive retailer strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 10 years of experience or MBA and minimum 7 years of experience in sales, sales strategy, brand marketing or other related field.
• Ability to drive buy-in across multiple levels and functions to drive improvement in business performance.
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel capabilities and the ability to translate data into clear, compelling PowerPoint storytelling for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive go-to-market strategy and commercial readiness for annual coffee innovation launches.
• Lead the voice of retailer across HQ coffee system strategy and channel solutions.
• Collaborate with shopper insights, category management, RGM, brand marketing and sales teams to prioritize activities and tactics.
