Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Sr Manager of Category Commercialization & Channel Strategy to drive the WD brands across juice, sauce, mixers, and Drink mix from the Frisco HQ. You will align with Brand and NRS teams to identify growth opportunities and develop cross-functional category plans that resonate with shoppers and retailers.

In this role you will lead commercialization of new product innovations, build category selling stories, track performance, and support major meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Commercial leadership.
• Experience in consumer goods or retail products strongly preferred; beverage/snack knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited US or international university; MBA Preferred.
• Commercial strategy or Channel strategy development experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Brand, Supply Chain, Consumer/ Shopper Insights, Marketing, RGM and Category Management to identify and build a prioritized annual calendar of activities to deliver the annual commercial plan for assigned categories.
• Shepherd commercialization efforts for new product innovation and retail account specific product/pack innovation, ensuring retail readiness and launch excellence.
• Develop and execute channel priorities that define sales priorities, looks of Success and KPIs while driving organizational alignment.
• Represent the full category commercial perspective in all discussions across the enterprise.
• Build category selling stories and operating plans that support annual commercial plans for the WD selling organizations.
