Job summary

Golden Triangle Construction, LLC is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee complex commercial projects across Colorado's Front Range and Northern Colorado. The role demands seasoned leadership, on-site management, and a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

You will coordinate trades, manage field teams, and ensure compliance with contract documents and codes while mentoring assistants and communicating with owners and architects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Minimum 10 years serving as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and codes.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and three-week look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Lead safety programs, quality control, and project documentation.
• Participate in OAC meetings and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure budget and schedule adherence across multiple fronts.
