Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges to minimize delays.
• Participate in Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and provide project updates.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain budgets and schedules.
