Job summary
Golden Triangle Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on front-range projects. This senior role oversees safety, schedule, quality, and subcontractor coordination, acting as on-site representative for owners and design teams.
Candidates should have 15+ years in commercial construction, OSHA 30, and proven leadership, with strong communication and proficiency in Procore.
Qualifications
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Able to read and interpret plans, specs, contracts and schedules.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Experience with Procore or similar construction software is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and three-week look-ahead schedules.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve construction challenges to minimize delays.
- Lead safety program and ensure OSHA compliance on all projects.
- Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.
