Golden Triangle Construction (GTC) is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on vertical commercial projects throughout Colorado Front Range. This senior role is responsible for safety, schedule, quality, subcontractor coordination, owner relations, and project success.

The ideal candidate has extensive GC experience, OSHA 30, and a track record of leading large, complex projects.

Qualificações

• 15+ years commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• 10+ years as Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Experience managing commercial projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of civil/site, structural, architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges to minimize delays.
• Participate in Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings and provide project updates.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Ensure all work complies with contract documents, specifications, and codes.
• Perform ongoing quality inspections of self-performed and subcontracted work.
• Lead and promote a strong safety culture on all projects; enforce OSHA compliance.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, manpower logs, schedules, inspections, and project documentation.
