Job summary

Golden Triangle Construction, LLC (GTC) is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on complex projects across Colorado's Front Range. The role oversees safety, scheduling, quality, subcontractor coordination, and owner relations while guiding project teams from mobilization through closeout.

Ideal candidates have extensive GC experience, OSHA 30, and proficiency with CM software such as Procore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Minimum 10 years as Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, contracts, and schedules.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges to minimize delays.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.
