Job summary

American Momentum Bank is seeking a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager in Texas to drive new business while managing an existing portfolio of commercial clients. You will develop and execute market strategies, cross-sell bank products, and present financing proposals.

You will interact with Loan Review and sponsor loan requests through credit approvals, while maintaining prompt client communication and strong credit judgment.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business while managing existing commercial clients in the appropriate market segment.
• Develop and execute market strategies for development, growth and retention; include calls, visits, qualifications and meeting follow-up.
• Actively cross-sell Bank products.
• Make financing proposals and negotiate terms and conditions for loans, leases, etc.
• Interact with Loan Review.
• Exercise strong credit and pricing skills; make recommendations within authority.
• Analyze small business financial statements and credit information to discuss client needs and solutions.
• Sponsor loan requests through the credit approval process.
• Respond promptly to client issues and questions.
• Manage administrative tasks including credit analysis and processing.
• Stay involved in the community and area functions.
• Manage portfolios for medium to large-sized businesses.
• May include other tasks and responsibilities as needed.
