Prosperity Bank is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager in Texas to grow and retain profitable client relationships by delivering value-added banking solutions and cross-selling across the product line. The role requires proven client relationship skills, extensive product knowledge, and strong transaction execution capabilities.

The candidate will manage credit process, loan structuring, and risk mitigation while driving revenue growth and franchise development for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Formally credit trained or underwriting knowledge preferred.
• Typically, a minimum of seven years direct lending or credit support experience.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial clients and achieve quality new business through calls, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Obtain and maintain COIs and attend networking events in the assigned geographic area.
• Structure loans and perform credit analysis.
• Generate a wide variety of commercial and real estate loans.
• Close loans typically in the $1M–$10M range.
• Contribute to deposit growth by cross-selling and promoting banking products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
