Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager II to drive new loan fundings, deposits, PxV, Commercial Card spend, and SBA deals for mid-market clients with revenue between $5 million and $25 million. You will manage a portfolio and pursue growth in the Houston market.

Reporting to the market Team Leader, you will build a strategic client pipeline, deliver comprehensive financial solutions, collaborate across partners, and maintain disciplined risk management to serve diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of commercial banking experience preferred, with a focus on business banking clients.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services and financial acumen to assess client needs.
• Credit training or underwriting experience preferred.
• Self-starter with persistence and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with Salesforce and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Actively build a strategic client acquisition pipeline to grow portfolio and bank presence.
• Provide disciplined client coverage and understand client objectives and financial needs.
• Collaborate across the bank to deliver holistic banking solutions from inception to close.
• Stay informed on financial markets, regulations, and industry trends.
• Identify and mitigate risks including regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Manage pipeline and sales production using reports and data.
