Job summary

First Horizon Bank in Naples, FL seeks a Commercial Relationship Manager to deepen relationships with high-value clients and guide loan opportunities through underwriting and risk review.

You will work with underwriters, market leadership, and credit teams to structure terms, monitor portfolio health, and drive asset stewardship while pursuing growth. A BA/BS and 6-8 years in commercial lending are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6-8 years of experience in commercial lending or related roles.
• Experience in Syndicated loans and Middle Market Lending in South Florida.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing client relationships to generate incremental revenue.
• Analyze credit strengths/weaknesses and recommend loan pricing and structuring.
• Coordinate with management, underwriters, and deal teams for loan closings.
• Maintain knowledge of lending policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare materials for underwriting and due diligence.
• Monitor portfolio performance and adherence to covenants.
