Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a relationship-focused banker who will develop new client relationships across lending, deposits, and Treasury Management while promoting bank products and services.

The role requires advising clients on financial strategies, maintaining knowledge of lending policies, and actively networking within the business community to generate growth and returns for the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor (4-year college) degree.
• 6-8 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships (lending, deposit, Treasury Management, etc) which generate acceptable returns for the bank.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of bank's lending policies and regulatory requirements.
• Acts as a financial advisor by educating the customer about financial strategies based on customer profile and matching customer needs with appropriate products and services.
• Actively call and network within the business community.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
