Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 6-8 years of experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience in Syndicated loans and Middle Market Lending in South Florida.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing client relationships and develop new ones to generate revenue.
• Analyze credit strengths/weaknesses with management and underwriters; advise on pricing and structure.
• Coordinate with deal teams to finalize term sheets and ensure proper underwriting.
• Maintain knowledge of lending policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare commitment letters and close loans with appropriate conditions.
