First Horizon Bank is seeking an experienced banking professional to develop new commercial client relationships and manage a portfolio of high-value customers.

You will lead client conversations, coordinate complex credit and banking solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions while driving deposits and loan growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients through deepening relationships and proactive outreach.
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor by understanding each client’s financial situation, goals, and needs.
• Recommend customized solutions including credit, deposits, and other products in partnership with internal specialists.
• Lead client conversations with advanced credit knowledge and structure complex credit and banking solutions.
• Collaborate with Credit, Treasury Management, and specialty banking team partners to deliver an integrated client experience.
• Work with the relationship team on loan structure, pricing, underwriting & closing documentation, and ongoing portfolio management.
• Drive growth through deposits, loans, and fee income; meet or exceed sales and client retention goals.
• Maintain a strong presence in the community to generate referrals and build new client relationships.
• Stay informed on economic, legal, and market trends impacting clients and act as a resource to them.
• Monitor and manage client portfolios for changes in financial status, product needs, and risk exposure.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, credit policies and internal policies; complete required training on time.
• Act as a peer mentor and culture champion, modeling team-based collaboration and First Horizon values.
