Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required;4-year college degree.
• 6-8 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with syndicated loans and middle market lending in South Florida (Miami-Dade).
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing client relationships and develop new ones to generate revenue.
• Analyze credit strengths/weaknesses of borrowers and make loan recommendations.
• Coordinate with management, underwriter, and deal team to structure loans.
• Maintain knowledge of lending policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare financials and memos for underwriting and closing.
• Serve as financial advisor on strategies and products.
• Ensure compliance with covenants and monitor portfolio health.
