Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a senior loan professional to develop and manage a portfolio spanning commercial, middle market, and commercial real estate segments in Central Florida. You will work with underwriters to evaluate credit, structure loans, and optimize client relationships for revenue growth and asset quality.

The role requires 6-8 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office to support underwriting and client management activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor (4-year college) degree required.
• 6-8 years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a client portfolio for commercial, middle market, and CRE clients.
• Expand existing client relationships to generate incremental revenue.
• Analyze credit strengths and weaknesses with underwriters and make loan decision recommendations.
• Structure loans (term, covenants, collateral, guarantees) to protect the bank.
• Coordinate deal team meetings and ensure accurate underwriting and loan closing.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of high-value, high-potential clients.
