Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager to serve as a client-facing leader in Coral Gables, FL. You will nurture banking relationships with high-revenue organizations and oversee a spectrum of commercial lending to maximize portfolio growth and asset quality.

The role requires deep knowledge of syndicated loans, strong credit/relationship management, and collaboration with underwriters to structure definitive loan terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6-8 years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience in Syndicated loans and Middle Market Lending in South Florida.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing client relationships and develop new ones to generate revenue.
• Analyze credit strengths/weaknesses with management and underwriters; assist loan pricing and structuring.
• Coordinate with deal teams and ensure accurate reflection of financials for underwriting.
