Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 6-8 years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Syndicated loans and Middle Market Lending in South Florida (Miami-Dade).

Responsibilities

• Expand existing client relationships to generate incremental revenue.
• Analyze credit strengths/weaknesses with underwriters and make loan decisions and pricing recommendations.
• Coordinate deal team meetings and finalize term sheets.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.
• Gather financials for new/renewal opportunities and prepare commitment letters.
