You will partner with underwriting to assess credit risk, structure loans, and deliver sound asset stewardship while balancing risk and returns.

The role emphasizes expanding high-value relationships, coordinating with senior banking leadership, and maintaining adherence to lending policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor (4-year college) degree.
• 6-8 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the management of Syndicated loans as well as in Middle Market Lending in the South Florida market concentrating on Miami-Dade county.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing client relationships to generate incremental revenue and develop new client relationships.
• Analyze credit strengths/weaknesses with underwriters and recommend loan pricing and structuring.
• Recognize client needs and align bank capabilities to meet them.
• Maintain knowledge of lending policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate deal team meetings and finalize term sheets to meet client and bank needs.
• Review closing documents and monitor portfolio for weaknesses and trends.
