The role emphasizes revenue growth, asset quality, and sound risk/credit decisions while servicing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients and maintaining strong relationships across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–8 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in Syndicated loans and Middle Market Lending in South Florida (Miami-Dade).
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Expand and nurture client relationships to generate revenue and opportunities.
• Analyze credit strengths/ weaknesses with underwriters; help structure loans and pricing.
• Coordinate deal teams and prepare term sheets and commitments with management.

Education

Bachelor (4-year college) degree

6-8 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
